Due to the upcoming Royal Mail strikes, there may be delays to deliveries towards the end of August and beginning of September. The strikes are planned for:

Wednesday 31st August
Thursday 8th September
Friday 9th September
Delays caused by Royal Mail strike action are beyond our control and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
If your order is urgent then we would recommend selecting the DHL Delivery option during the checkout process.
Orders over £50.00 ex VAT will automatically receive FREE Standard delivery
Our standard delivery option is a 3-5 working day service. Of course, you can upgrade to one of our faster services if you need your order a little quicker!

Europe and Rest of WorldBrexit Update - Following Brexit we have temporarily suspended the ability for customers in Europe to be able to order from us. This decision has not been taken lightly but there is still a lot of confusion surrounding Customs Duties and Customs clearance fees. Until these are fully understood by all parties, or the process is made easier, we feel it is unfair that customers should have to pay more than the price advertised by us. |

Generally, International orders are sent by either Royal Mail or DHL depending on the size and weight of your order. Please enter your shipping address during the checkout process and the relevant shipping options and prices will be shown on the next step before you pay. NB. All International Shipping prices are based on delivery to main metropolitan areas. Areas deemed as 'Remote Areas' by the courier companies will be subject to additional charges. If, when we book your shipping, your delivery address is classed to be in a remote area then we will contact you to take additional payment. Please note that customers are fully responsible for any import duties which may be applied in transit. |
