Small items which fit in an envelope will be sent by ROYAL MAIL 48 as standard. You may upgrade to TRACKED 24, SPECIAL DELIVERY or DHL/APC.
For the UK, we offer a choice of 1-2 Day services for those who would prefer not to use Royal Mail. All deliveries are generally made between Monday to Friday except Royal Mail Special Delivery, which may deliver on Saturdays. These times may change during peak seasons. Please see the courier's website for more details.
INTERNATIONAL - EU ZONE
Brexit has made it difficult for us to ship directly into Europe. Please contact us with the items that you wish to purchase and we will arrange a quotation for shipping via DHL. You will be charged the Ex-VAT price and will be liable to pay the VAT upon import to your country. We aim to offer direct shipping to EU within the next couple of months.
INTERNATIONAL - REST OF THE WORLD (NON EU)
Please checkout as normal and your shipping options will be displayed once you have entered your address details and progress to the payment page. Please note, prices shown at the checkout are for main metropolitan areas. If, when we come to book your shipment, we are notified of a "Remote Area Surcharge", we will contact you for additional payment.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase upon its arrival, kindly reach out to us via our 'Contact Us' page within 30 days of receiving your item (within 7 days to be entitled to FREE RETURNS*), stating your reasons for wishing to return it. Please note that we can't accept returns after this 30-day period.
For returns of non-faulty products, providing that your stickers haven't been removed from their backing sheet, and that they arrive back with us in perfect condition so that we can offer them for sale again then we do not charge a restocking fee. All approved returns should be in their complete and original saleable condition. We recommend using a traceable postage service so that a claim can be made in the event that a package goes missing (This does not apply to our FREE RETURNS which are fully traceable as standard)
For faulty products. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, we will offer a full refund or replacement. However, we will need photographic evidence of the defect. Upon verification, we may request the product be sent back in its original packaging (at our expense) to further evaluate the cause and ensure future quality.
Please note, personalised or customised items are an exception. As they're printed specifically to your specifications, we can only offer refunds or replacements if they're faulty. Please ensure you double-check your entries, especially for personalised items, as misspellings or typos won't qualify for returns or replacements.
We are so confident that you will love your Stickers4 stickers that we are trialling a FREE RETURNS* option, providing that your stickers haven't been removed from their backing sheet, and that they arrive back with us in perfect condition so that we can offer them for sale again.
FREE Returns* are only available within 7 days of receiving your item. After that time you would need to return them at your own cost and within 30 days of receiving them.
Please contact us for Returns Authorisation Number. If it is within 7 days of you receiving your order we will send you a link to book your return via Royal Mail.
NB.. we are NOT able to offer Free Return for custom printed items.

All our window stickers are reusable. However, other items, such as home organization labels, can be removed but won’t be reusable.
