We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase upon its arrival, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 30 days of delivery. You must contact us within 7 days to qualify for Free UK Returns*. Returns requested after 7 days (but within 30) will still be accepted, but return postage will be at your own cost.
We are unable to accept returns after this 30-day period.
For returns of non-faulty products, providing that your stickers haven't been removed from their backing sheet, and that they arrive back with us in perfect condition so that we can offer them for sale again, then we do not charge a restocking fee. All approved returns should be in their complete and original saleable condition. We recommend using a traceable postage service so that a claim can be made in the event that a package goes missing (this does not apply to our FREE RETURNS which are fully traceable as standard).
For faulty products. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, we will offer a full refund or replacement. However, we will need photographic evidence of the defect. Upon verification, we may request the product be sent back in its original packaging (at our expense) to further evaluate the cause and ensure future quality.
Please note, personalised, customised or bulk orders of standard catalogue items are an exception. As they're either printed specifically to your specifications or modified to print in a more economical manner, we can only offer refunds or replacements if they're faulty. Please ensure you double-check your entries, especially for personalised items, as misspellings or typos won't qualify for returns or replacements.
Orders placed on a business-to-business (B2B) basis, or any order exceeding 30 units of standard catalogue items, are subject to a 25% restocking fee when returned.
This fee applies to non-faulty items that are returned in saleable condition and covers handling, inspection, and repackaging costs. Faulty items are exempt from this fee and will be refunded or replaced in accordance with our standard faulty product policy above.
We are so confident that you will love your Stickers4 stickers that we are trialling a FREE RETURNS* option, providing that your stickers haven't been removed from their backing sheet, and that they arrive back with us in perfect condition so that we can offer them for sale again.
*FREE Returns are only available to UK customers within 7 days of receiving your item. After that time you would need to return them at your own cost and within 30 days of receiving them.
Please contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number. If it is within 7 days of you receiving your order we will send you a link to book your return via Royal Mail.
NB. We are NOT able to offer Free Returns for custom printed items or overseas orders.
